    Recorded on the Isle of Skye in 2008 with almost completely self-penned material, Norther is Ewan’s debut song album.

    With a special guest appearance by Vashti Buyan who had a mutual friendship with renowned writer Iris MacFarlane. Both Vashti and Ewan, unbeknown to each other, wrote songs based on Iris’s lyrics, Vashti with ‘Iris’s Song for Us’ and Ewan with ‘Winter Me’. When Ewan discovered this he asked Vashti to join him on his song as a tribute to Iris.
